Cancellation Policy
We don’t like to keep hungry babies waiting, so we pack, process, and ship your order very soon after it’s placed. If you’ve made a mistake and need to cancel an order, we can only do so before 12 pm PST on the same day you’ve placed it. If you need to cancel, reach out to us as soon as you can.
Unfortunately, please note that we cannot accommodate weekend
cancellations.

All of our OnlyFormula products are shipped from the EU straight to your doorstep, within 2 to 5 business days if you choose for express, and in 4 to 10 business days via standard shipping. Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed through the system within 48 business hours.

Our products are intended for personal use only, and so we take care when packaging every single order. We won’t spoil it, but we think you’ll love how they are packaged for you. If an order’s box is damaged upon arrival, email us at hello@onlyformula.com with a photo and our support team will assist you.
Returns
Our products are authentic and are sourced from authorized wholesalers of approved manufacturers, so we cannot accept returns, unfortunately, even unopened products. Once the formula has left our warehouse, it is not returned so customers know their orders are authentic and fresh and to guarantee the safety of our OnlyFormula babies. We thank you for understanding.
